Die Auspuffkrümmerschrauben neigen beim Griff/Chim dazu sich zu lösen. Dieses gilt ganz besonders für die Edelstahlausführung. Die hohe Temperatur der Auspuffgase kann dann zur vorzeitigen Zerstörung der Auspuffkrümmerdichtungen führen. Schlimmstenfalls werden die Aluminium-Zylinderköpfe beschädigt. Das NORD-LOCK Schrauben-sicherungssystem nutzt die unterschiedlichen Winkelverhältnisse zwischen den Keilflächen und dem Schrauben-gewinde für das wirksame Sichern von Schraubverbindungen in dieser kritischen Anwendung. |

All exhausts and manifolds are manufactured on jigs, Stainless steel used is 304 Austenitic.
All silencers are double skinned to eliminate "stainless ringing" and to provide extra under car protection.
